This Privacy Policy applies to your use of Boxing Underdog, Ven VR Adventure, Scouts, and related Game Sites. Our Site may contain links to other websites. Please note that We have no control over how your data is collected, stored, or used by other websites and We advise you to check the privacy policies of any such websites before providing any data to them.

Website statistics

On boxingunderdog.com we count visits to make the site better: which pages are viewed, where visitors come from (for example a link on Discord or a search engine), the country (from the network), the kind of device, the browser's language, clicks on the store and community links, and how fast the pages load. We use no cookies or similar storage for this and we do not keep IP addresses: a visitor is counted with a one-way code that changes every day and cannot identify a person. The statistics are processed for Monologic Games by Cloudflare (which delivers the site), Microsoft Azure and PlayFab, and are kept only as totals.

Discord numbers on the homepage

The homepage shows how many members our Discord server has and how many of them are online. Your browser reads these two numbers directly from Discord's public invite of our server (discord.gg/boxingunderdog), the numbers Discord shows on that invite itself: without cookies, without sending which page you are on, at most once every 10 minutes (the numbers are kept only in your browser's tab). Like any visit to a website, this request reaches Discord with your IP address and browser details; Discord handles them under its own privacy policy. We receive nothing from this request.

Accounts on boxingunderdog.com

You can log in on boxingunderdog.com with Discord, with a code from the game, or with both. With Discord we receive your Discord user ID, display name and avatar (Discord's "identify" permission) - never your email, password or messages. If you tick "Also join the Boxing Underdog server", Discord also lets us add you to our Discord server at that moment (the "guilds.join" permission); you can leave the server at any time. With a code from the game we receive your game account (its ID and your in-game name).

For your site account we keep: your Discord ID, name and avatar link, whether you are on our Discord server, the link between your Discord and your game account, the fighters you follow, your Film of the Month vote, and session data (your last visit and the counter behind "Log out on all devices"). Connecting your game with Discord shows your in-game rank as a role and your fight record in your nickname on our Discord server. Your login is kept in your browser's local storage as a signed token (no cookies) and lasts 90 days from your last visit when you log in with Discord, or 30 days with a game code. We count logins, votes and follows as totals to improve the site.

You can disconnect Discord at any time (on the site: Your account, Disconnect Discord; in the game: Settings, Account, Unlink), log out on all devices (on the site or in the game), and ask us to delete your site account at [email protected]. This data is processed for Monologic Games by Microsoft Azure, PlayFab and Discord.

Fight replays and films (Boxing Underdog)

After every match (training included) Boxing Underdog always sends a recording of the fight to our servers: the movement of both fighters, the fight's events (punches, knockdowns, rounds, the result) and the names shown in the fight, linked to your game account (its PlayFab ID), with the game's version, your platform and the multiplayer region. It is sent in the background, only while you are in the menu, and there is no setting to stop it. We use it for fair play (catching cheating), to check a player you report or a disputed ranked match, for moderation, to improve the game's mechanics, to show you your fights in 3D on boxingunderdog.com, and to make the films you choose to publish.

You choose in the game who can watch your recordings (Settings, Account, Replays on the website: Private or Public). Private: only you; our moderators open a recording only when the fight is reported or disputed. Public: the community can watch them on boxingunderdog.com. Every recording, public ones included, is kept for 30 days, then deleted - longer only while you keep it (Saved in the game), while a film of it is published, or while a report or a dispute needs it. You can ask us to delete your recordings at [email protected].

A fight has two fighters. When the other fighter's recordings are Public, that fight - with your in-game name and its result - can be watched on boxingunderdog.com as well. If you do not want that, tell us (boxingunderdog.com/feedback or [email protected]) and we hide your name in it or take the recording down.

Rankings: boxingunderdog.com shows the game's rankings publicly, like the game's leaderboards - each player's in-game name, results, recent form and rating (ELO).

A film you publish from the game (Publish beside the film) is shown to everyone on boxingunderdog.com with your in-game name, the fighters' names and the fight's facts (date, venue, result and statistics). A published film stays 30 days unless you keep it or it is liked or voted for; you can delete it on the site at any time. Recordings and films are stored for Monologic Games by Cloudflare (R2), Microsoft Azure and PlayFab.

Your Rights

1. As a data subject using our games, you have the following rights under the GDPR, which this Policy and Our use of personal data have been designed to uphold:
   1. The right to be informed about Our collection and use of personal data;
   2. The right of access to the personal data We hold about you;
   3. The right to rectification if any personal data We hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete;
   4. The right to be forgotten – i.e. the right to ask Us to delete any personal data We hold about you;
   5. The right to restrict (i.e. prevent) the processing of your personal data;

We will use your personal data like profile name, profile id, avatar image and country ID mainly to use them for our online services like: Leaderboards, Friend List, Profile View, Online Matchmaking, Friends Invite and more. Your player name, ID, country and avatar are the smallest amount of information to connect you to other players in the world and make the online game possible.
